I thought for a long time about whether to write at all. Then it turned out my address wasn't in the snapshot and there would be no compensation for it at all. I still don't understand why that wasn't checked before taking the retainer. The retainer was 600 euros, and it wasn't returned, because the work had supposedly been done. Formally that's true, the papers were filed. In substance I paid 600 to find out that nothing was coming. Two stars, because at least they answered straight when I asked straight. It could have been worse, I've had the case where people simply stopped picking up the phone.
