Well, what can I say... The broker Larnex Trading blocked my money and stayed silent for a month. My wife found these lawyers. My grandson helped write the letter. Put it this way, I thought it was all a scam, but they got 13,774 euros back out of 14,000. Not all of it, but at least something. Now I sit with the grandchildren, I don't play these games anymore. The specialist Imogen Ashcroft was polite.

Three years. Thecase is still open, the last email was in March: ’awaitinng a response from the exc hange’. I no longer believe anything will come of it. Two stars rather than one only becaues they haven’t vanished and they answer direct questions directly. But if anyone is reading this and thinks it’s quick — it isn’t.

I spent three weeks reading everything I could find about them before I wrote. I do not regret it. In the insolvency case of the BitVelo exchange, they were able to prove that my assets were held in segregated accounts, which allowed them to be pulled out of the general insolvency estate. The repayment came to a full 43,897 euros. The documents were drawn up impeccably, though the communication from the case managers could have been more prompt.

A crypto lender blocked the withdrawal and offered to sell the tokens at a discount — I refused. The lawyers brought the matter to a settlement, the money was returned in full. Don’t agree to such ’discounts’ if you find yourself in a similar situation.
