honestly, i didn't believe it when Kestrel Yield froze the withdrawals and offered some weird discounts on tokens. the amount was big for me, €60,964, i'd saved it up for my child's educatiion, and i was terribly ashamed in front of my parents for slipping up like that. The lawyers joined me to a group claim in London. in the end a settlement was signed in 2025 and now the money has finally come back to my account in full. i took off a star because i had to gather a huge amount of paperwork and get it notarized.

It was a case involving the FCA. It all went fairly quickly. I got my £16,293. The lawyers are excellent — they knew every nuance about the fines against the firm. What I liked was that there wasn’t a lot of talk, just concrete steps. One downside — your services are expensive. But the result is worth it. Maybe in the future I’ll come back again, if I ever land in something like this once more.

The court froze the assets on the SwissApex exchange. but by the time the ruling came, the scammers had already cashed out part of it. Out of 80k they only got back 45k. the lawyers took their commission. so I’m still at a loss anyway. well at least something.

I buried the money on Mango Markets back in 2022; whatever the DAO returned back then was pure found treasure. But the lawyers kept writing until the fraudster was convicted in 2024. Strange people. There's no extra payment, but at least I know how it ended. My son is typing, I'm dictating.

CySEC suspended Peraia Markets’s licence back in the summer. I’m a local, I live in Limassol, but even to me at the office they said nothing — doors shut and that was it. I turned to these guys. They forced the broker to return the money. I got the payout of €12,000 within three weeks. The rest, some eight thousand, I wrote off — they said there were no prospects for that part. They work fine.

Today a passenger complains about a broker, I tell him – listen here!! I’m to blame myself, myself, held 26 thousand pounds at Goldbrook and slept through it all!! The lawyers got back ninety percent through the English compensation fund, madre mia!!

Five weeks without a single reply. Not by email, not by phone. I had to travel to the office — and there the lawyer turned up, and so did the status of my case. The money did come in the end, 6,340 out of 24,000, and I understand there was no more to be had. But in those five weeks I imagined every worst case there is. For five weeks I didn't sleep properly. That's my rating.

Dear Ms Vermeulen, the five-week break in communication was our responsibility. The file was handled by a colleague who went on sick leave, and the handover was not recorded. It was through Belmara Invest. They kept saying invest more, more. Then a criminal case, confiscated property, and a part came from that. They helped me get through the paperwork. My son says My Forex Funds was the scam of the year. They froze payouts of 36,851 euros. Came here on a colleague's recommendation. My finger doesn't hit the buttons on this phone, basically ...
