Yesterday I finally ordered the new basins for the salon — the refit had been on hold for two years because a crypto lender had blocked my withdrawal. Through a settlement almost all the money came back. Not one of my emails sat with these lawyers longer than colour sits on a client’s head — and that’s exactly how I measure service. Strongly recommend.

A junior lawyer ran the case. I have nothing against young people, everyone starts somewhere. But the claim to the administrator had my account number wrong twice, and both times I caught it, not them. The third time I checked every line myself before it went out. The money arrived. It’s just not what I was paying for.

Dear Mr Moraru, the claim submitted to the insolvency administrator stated your account number incorrectly on two occasions. This had no effect on the register. Checking the bank details is the responsibility of the lawyer handling the file; the error was mine.

0.9 bitcoin got stolen from my wallet. I thought that was it, game over. Came here on a recommendation. The guys managed to get a court to freeze part of the assets on the exchange where the hacker had moved the money. They recovered roughly €23,867 worth, the rest the hacker had already shifted on and it couldn’t be traced. The fee was 18 percent of the recovery, and I paid it out of that money rather than up front, which is what convinced me. Happy with the outcome, though I had to put off renovating the house.

That the broker's licence had been revoked I read in the news, not from him. I took the lawyers for a second scam - and yesterday €20,000 of my €36,750 came in. The difference, in kronor, is a year of shifts at the warehouse. Four stars; five I give to no one.

I wrote here a year ago that everything was great and the money was coming. UPDATE: the second instalment never arrived. They say the administrator challenged the distribution. May well be true, I’m no lawyer. But back then I gave five stars and three is more honest now, because the story isn’t over and I thought it was.

Solvara Group restitution. 34,180 euros landed in my account this morning. That’s less than the balance before the exchange collapsed, but the criminal court in Milan (Italy) did finally seize the assets, and through the procedure it was possible to pull out not expecting more. Thanks to the lawyers for working with the Italian liquidator Bonfadini. The documents were filed via form 4-B.
